What happens after you submit?
Your request goes straight to the brokerage, and a licensed Imperium Sky Realty agent contacts you by phone or email to schedule the consultation.
On the call, you and the agent talk through budget, down payment, timing and what you want the home to do for you. If leasing for another year makes more sense, the agent will say so.
Texas has required a written buyer agreement with the brokerage before any showing since January 1, 2026 (SB 1968, per the Texas Real Estate Commission). Your agent walks you through that agreement in plain language before you tour a home.
