The Information About Brokerage Services notice (IABS 1-2) is the Texas Real Estate Commission's form that describes the types of representation a Texas real estate brokerage can provide and the duties that come with each. TREC rule 22 TAC 531.20 requires Imperium Sky Realty to link it from this website, and to provide the completed notice at the first substantive communication, except where Texas Occupations Code 1101.558(c) does not require it, such as a residential lease of one year or less with no sale being considered.
