Privacy policy
Imperium Sky Realty collects only what you type into a form on this website, and uses it to answer your request. Each form sends your entries by email to the brokerage; this website does not store them in a database, and its own code sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who we are
Imperium Sky Realty, LLC operates as Imperium Sky Realty, a licensed Texas real estate brokerage at 12407 N MoPac Expy, Suite 200 #117, Austin, TX 78758. For any privacy question or request, call or text (512) 703-0830, email vdeyo56@gmail.com, or use the contact form.
What we collect
- What you enter in a form. Your name, email address and phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, and the details the form asks for: for an apartment search, your move-in date, budget, bedrooms, pets, areas, must-haves and, if you choose, the city you are moving from; for a buyer consultation, your price range, timeline and financing; for a home value request, the property's address and details; for a partnership, your community's details; and any message you write. Your consent choices are recorded with the request.
- Your IP address, briefly. When you submit a form, the website reads your IP address to limit repeat submissions. It is held in the server's memory for a short time and is not written to storage.
- Standard request information. The services that host and deliver this website receive the information every website visit sends, such as IP address and browser type.
What we do not collect: we never ask about who will live with you, your age, family, religion, national origin, disability or any other protected characteristic. No form asks for a Social Security number, date of birth, ID or income documents, and the website never asks for your device's location. You choose areas by name.
How we use it
We use your request to answer it. A licensed Imperium Sky Realty agent reads it and contacts you by the method you chose. We contact you by phone or text only if you ticked the box that allows it. If you agree to texts, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Who receives it
Your form entries go to the brokerage's inbox through Resend, the email delivery service this website uses. The website sends them to no one else.
When your search moves forward, your agent shares only what a property needs to arrange a tour or an application, and only with the properties you choose to pursue, so the property knows we referred you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Call, text, email or write to us at the details in "Who we are", and we will respond.
This website is not directed to children under 13.
