The Consumer Protection Notice (TREC No. CN 1-5, effective September 1, 2023) is the Texas Real Estate Commission's notice to consumers about how real estate license holders are regulated in Texas and how to contact the Commission. TREC rule 22 TAC 531.18 requires Imperium Sky Realty to display it at each place of business and to link it from this website.
